lankford from the great state of oklahoma. tomorrow president obama will be sworn in for a second term. though we disagree on some terms, we want to pray for the days ahead. are the last four years, our nation has faced tough economic times. millions of americans are out of work and gas and food prices continue to rise. we have never increased spending or debt faster than we have in this period. i weiss mad -- a wise man leaves an inheritance for their children and children's children. federal spending is dragging our economy down rather than lifting our families up. it is time for democrats and republicans to work together to get our nation and families back on track. every family and every business has a budget. our nation should have a budget as well. every year, the president is required by law to submit a budget by february 4. for the fourth time in five years, they will be late to submitting a budget to your representatives. unfortunately, the president has missed more budget deadlines than any of his predecessors. aey're supposed to submit budget. 1361 days to be exact. this is

the first lady of the united states, michelle obama. as you watched her grow in this role the last four years, what do you think? >> well she has done -- she is a, the most popular person in america just about. she has firmed up the sense of this family as a very responsible family that people can relate to, which was not always going to be obvious. so i think she has had that important role. she has not had the role hillary clinton had of getting involved in public policy. and i wouldn't be surprised -- and this is something she is capable of doing so i wouldn't be surprised over the second term if she drifts more in into that role. more publicly, i think she has had a significant role behind the scenes. >> jill biden has just been introduced to the crowd and taken her place. mark? >> i think it's remarkable, when she started in the campaign in 2008, where the remark about, i've never been more proud of my country, she was attacked and became a political listening rod, and it's been a very conscious, concentrated and effective effort to bring her back to the point where she is a f

tomorrow's inaugural parade. the illinois state float behind me. honoring president obama's home state of illinois and then you can hear the school of the arts, from florida, getting ready for the parade as well. we're going to be on the back of a flat bed trunk in front of the president's motorcade as he heads towards the white house and head off and stop in the reviewing seat where he will watch the parade go by where jessica yellen is waiting. i'll be the ferris bueller of the inaugural parade watching those from a good vantage point in front of the president. you'll have a good vantage point as well. >> let's see if he gets out of the motorcade and sings on a float like ferris. that would make headlines. he has a pretty good voice. the president will come next here, to pennsylvania avenue. this is the stretch of the parade route where we most often see the president exit the motorcade with the first lady and wave to the crowds and some crowds have started to gather here after the president finished his oath today. we'll look to see if that happens tomorrow. after the raid route moves

president barack obama, be sworn in for a second time. his fourth oath of office, joined by the beautiful first lady, michelle obama, and her new hairdo and sasha and malia, the first daughters of the united states as well. they will be there tomorrow. and of course, joined by the vice president and his wife as well. give you a little bit of tid bits inauguration, show you a picture in a moment i have here today. last time, just so you know, there were about 5 to 7,000 port-a-potties here last time, in 2009. this time, there are only going to be about 1500, but last time there were almost 2 million people. this time, expected to be between 600,000 -- 600,000 to 800,000 people. so, about 1500. and so, there you go. last time, 2009, generated over 130 tons of waste. we don't know what's gonna happen this time because it hasn't happened. this is my moment earlier. my high school idol, cyndi lauper, was here and i got a picture with her. do we have the picture? there it is. i am a happy man now. and we can start the top of the show. >>> hello, everyone it is 5 p.m. on the east coast
